Hi! I’m Jenny, a mother of two originally from Scotland. My career began in public relations and, with a degree in Psychology, I've always had a keen interest in understanding people and what drives them. After starting a family, a career opportunity took us on an expat adventure from London to Germany and then Asia.
Along the way, I began to focus more on my own health and well-being. Living in different cultures gave me new perspectives on health, which ultimately inspired me to retrain as a Health Coach with the College of Naturopathic Medicine. I also completed my yoga teacher training, further deepening my commitment to holistic well-being.
From there, The Better Balance Coach was born, as I realised how much my journey of balancing health, family and life changes had to offer others. Now back in the UK after our time abroad (which, I’ll admit, has been the toughest move yet!), I’m focused on helping people navigate life’s changes and transitions, wherever they are. Whether at home or abroad, I support my clients in looking at the bigger picture, setting health and well-being goals and getting back to feeling their best.
I understand first-hand the impact that change can have on health and I’m here to help you tackle the challenges, overcome barriers and move forward one step at a time. Together, we’ll find clarity, work towards your goals and help you look and feel great through all of life’s twists and turns.
I’m excited to support you on your journey to feeling more balanced, strong and at your best!
